If there isn't enough armor for the vehicles, it's due to a profound lack of planning on the Pentagon's part. There is no excuse for vehicles not being uparmored at thios point. It's incompetence. Period. When I surved we didn't have all our vehicles armored, since for routine training, it wasn't needed and really saved the Army a lot of money is fuel savings. But the armor was in storage and ready to go. Why isn't it now?
Personally, I thing the citizen-soldiers are getting a major screw job in this war. They are having to bear to much of the burden for troops that are only supposed to be deployed for the most extreme national emergencies. This preemtive war certainly doesn't rise to that standard.
