Surfer Wrote the following on 11/02/2004 4:17 PM : Those plans were stopped for a while when they discovered that almost all of the refineries, etc where non operational and the ones that did work didn't work for long thanks to vandals and "sabotage." Kinda funny we didn't hear that for long on the news. In fact, I only saw it once. Can't remember the source, so, admittedly it could either be censored or biased.
