Barry Lyndon (1975)
- One of Kubricks best. Great cinemaphotography of 18th rural England and Ireland. Kubrick picked a real gambler/drunk to play Barry Lyndon (Ryan O'Neil) and a real aristocrat to play his wife (Marisa Berrensen). Lyndon fights for the British Army, Prussian Army, while fighting two personal pistal duels along the way. Greatest scene - Barry Lyndon wrestles his stepson to the ground during a Baroque concert on the estate.
