Why is Liberalism a Cult? - A cult is here defined as that which looks to anything other than the living Lord Jesus Christ for salvation, righteousness, satisfaction, fulfillment, revelation, wisdom, power, or solutions or that is of any spirit other than the Spirit of Christ, the Holy Spirit. Cults are often identified as organizations, but they really are spirits or ideas, and they infiltrate organizations and churches to varying degrees. You should also know that cults do not want to be identified as cults, and liberalism is no exception.

Christianity is a cult as defined by websters dictionary.

Oh, and by the way Jesus was a man. If you worship Jesus rather then God himself, you're an idolitor.

Some more goodies from that site.

Some tenets of liberalism:

Ignoring the violent history of rationalized speculation.

(Does anyone remember the crusades where the church killed how many people in the name of God, even though the bible says "thou shalt not kill", but they did anyways because they were killing in Gods name. )

All types of sexual activity outside of marriage between one man and one woman.

(pedophile preists anyone?)

Belief in rationalized speculation as the source for knowledge and wisdom.

(How is the bible, written by men, anything but rationalized speculation?)

Adding to or taking from the Bible to make it acceptable.

(did you know that the bible says to stone disobedient children and sell your daughter into slavery?)

"The members of the elitist liberal class consider themselves to be above the other members of society. These are the self-righteous. They are the true hypocrits in the sense that Jesus used the word, hypocrit. They consider themselves to be "intellectuals" and love to think of themselves as the elite and good people, but they have lost the ability to reason. "

That which you hate in others is the flaws you see in yourself, but are to afraid to acknowledge. How can you exersise reason when you belive in a literal interpertation of the bible, and anything other then that interpertation is wrong?
