Stach & Liu - MD5 Collision Generation
For $500 dollars and a shot at the grand prize, can anyone tell me what ubiquitous piece of computer hardware uses the MD5 encryption algorithm?
I knew it was easily hackable, but I wasn't aware it was public knowledge. This could be....interesting.

No. It just means that the passwords used to safeguard the configuration of the routers aren't as safe as Cisco wants you to believe. Just make sure you're using a secure connection (as usual).
